The product's Purchase Price isn't automatically updated when you receive items through Purchase Orders. You need to click the "Set purchase price" button in the order item to update the product's Purchase Price.

japiera Thanks for the response. One more thing, how can i enter the TAX charged by my supplier in the PO & shipping charges charged by the supplier? Also, how can i reflect the accumulated cost (including taxes, shipping charges) in the COGS?

You're welcome.

Supplier taxes are only for informational purposes in ATUM Free. ATUM will apply only the taxes set in the WC settings. To apply taxes to POs based on the supplier taxes set, you'd need ATUM Purchase Orders Pro. You can read more about PO Pro taxes in this article.

Unfortunately, there's no way to reflect the COGS at this time. FYI, we have in our roadmap (without an ETA) the ATUM Cost Price addon (it will require ATUM Product Levels to work). It will include the COGS info you're asking for.

japiera Thanks for clarification. One more question ... The Atum shows item barcode, purchase price (item cost etc) but nuthing is updated on Woo product list. The only info that gets to woo is qty purchased. Barcode, SKU, cost supplier name, nuthing gets transferred to woo.

I assume you mean Stock Central when you say ATUM. Am I right?

What do you mean when you say nothing is updated in the Woo product list? Which list are you talking about? Some screenshots would help.

japiera Hi ... When i complete a PO receiving in stock central & the cost of product is seen in Stock Central, the same cost is not updated in Woo Product List. I am attaching the screen shots of both here.

Also, there are so many field to enter SKU, Barcodes, GTIN, Supplier Sku etc in "New item Entry" on woo product list! and then there is a separated Tab for Atum Inventory in Woo Product List too. None of this info is interchanged between Stock Central & Woo. I have to enter SKU, Barcodes etc in both screens for item to read correctly between WOO & Stock Central.

Also, I have for example plastic spoons & forks from 4 different suppliers. All same name, different Product ID (Sku) & different GTIN (Suppliers Barcode) How can I identify which item belongs to which supplier while making a PO?

Hi atkashinc ,

The Purchase Order updates the ATUM Purchase price field in the product. We don't update any other fields with this info.

I assume that you activated the experimental "Cost of Goods Sold" feature in WooCommerce settings -> Advanced -> Features, and it included the column shown in your previous image. Please note that experimental features are not recommended for use on production sites.

However, we do not currently plan to add support for this experimental feature.

Regarding the ATUM barcode field and suppliers' info, it's included in the 'inventory' tab. It's the same tab where you can find the GTIN and SKU fields. What do you mean?

Please note that the GTIN and the ATUM barcode fields aren't the same, and we do not plan to add any kind of synchronisation between them either.

japiera Hi, thanks for your response. My problem is that I have a physical store as well & i want the inventories to sync with my physical store database (Clover) If woo stock is not showing the "cost" then all my store sale would not show any profits. Do you think stock central will be synced with my clover inventory? If not, then I dont know how can i value Atum for my type of bzns

I see.

We don't support synchronisation with third-party ERPs. You can check here the only third-party software we support.

If you need to copy the information from the ATUM Purchase Field to another (and even more so, considering that it is experimental), that would require custom development.
