Hi, I would like to export only a specific set of orders, for example only orders from a certain month. Filtering should do this I guess, but I don't know what to type in the value field. It would be helpful to maybe get an example or a preview of what kind of values are written in the database for any chosen rule.

That you are describing is planned to do in next versions. For example, when filtering dates, the system will have a date picker to set the date.

For now, you can do that typing the date manually with the same format as it's in the database. For example, if you would filtering orders from May 2019, it would be something like this:

    I see the date picker has not been implemented on the demo site since the original post in 2019.  My client wishes to be able to export all orders from the PREVIOUS MONTH, so that means the text field or calendar date picker can't be fixed values, it needs to be dynamic based on the report date (i.e. -31 days).  My client's ultimate goal is to be able to export a report at months end, every month, automatically to their email that indicates all products sold PER SUPPLIER.  Playing with the demo site, I can export all orders within a date range, and I can list the 'item name' of the products sold in each order.  I can also list the supplier names via 'product export' but how can I merge the datasets in one convenient report?  Is this something ATUM support can assist me with?  It seems the underlying database queries already exist they just need to be bolted together.  I know the lists can be merged use Excel vlookup but trying to eliminate that step for my client.  Thanks!!!

Hi there, I am hoping to follow up on this request to see if it has been implemented or at least added the development roadmap. My clients would like to proceed with ATUM if it can provide this month end reporting without custom development. Many thanks.

I'm sorry but this kind of "advanced reporting" you described last year is not on our short-term roadmap. You can export the data filtered as wished and handle it later as needed on Google Sheets or Excel.
