Missing items in Stock Central

Hello, I have installed ATUM and it is great, but I see that a lot of items are missing in Stock Central, but they present in exported CSV file. In Stock Central they are 6391 (simple + variable products), but in exported CSV file they are 9291.

Also I can't see an option to add Gross Profit as column in exported file.
