Managing store inventory and drop shipping inventory

We have the following scenario and I am unsure of of how we would manage it with ATUM.

We have a physical store with stock we have purchased, our supplier sends us a weekly stock list with what is available in their warehouse. This allows us to list products on the website that we don't have in store but order in almost daily from the warehouse for online purchases. We currently manage this with Lightspeed Inventory A is our purchased Stock and available in store, inventory B is our suppliers stock levels. If an Item is sold out in the shop it will still show as instock as there is still stock available in the supplier warehouse. The ideal would be to be able to show "instock" displayed on the product page when we have it available in inventory A and "Online Only" if available in inventory B (the suppliers warehouse). Do you have any recommendations with regards to a Woocomemerce POS that works seamlessly with ATUM.

Perhaps you can handle this with the Multi-Inventory add-on this way.
You can use the Main Inventory for your own physical stock and create another one for your supplier's stock.
The Main Inventory should be placed on top, so it would be used first. And, once depleted, will continue consuming from the "supplier's inventory".
And if you want, on the "supplier's inventory", you can enable backorders too. So you can control how many units you have to purchase from your supplier that you cannot handle with your stock.
