Is there a way to see "out of stock time" data for products?

Is there any way to see how long a product has been out of stock in a set period of time?

If the product is currently out of stock, I believe there's a way to see how long it's been out of stock. And there's also the "lost sales" report.

But is there a way to set a report for like the last two years and query how many days it's been out of stock over that period of time?

If there isn't a way to accomplish this with the plugin currently, is it something that could be custom coded by a developer?

No. That isn't possible because that kind of data is not stored in the database.
With our Actions Logs add-on, you could have a log of every change that happens on your WooCommerce site, and, perhaps something like this could be achieved with custom development and using these logs as a base for development but this would start logging the day you install it and wouldn't have any data from 2 years ago.
