Inventory not Updating after receiving

I have been using Atum Inventory and Mostly for Purchase Order Pro. However My inventory is not adding to in stock when i receive and then click Add to Inventory. Even the Dashboard does not display anywhere near what we have in incentory. As well the incoming stock has already been added, so not sure why it is showing all of it as incoming stock

Are you using some kind of cache?
Caching plugins or systems could cause unexpected issues like this.
