Problem with sold out label for variable products

Good morning Atum

I have a problem with Multi Inventory and Variable products.
Products with multiple variants are in stock but are marked as sold out on the store. I have the option "Manage inventory? Manage inventory (quantity)" on the product page (Variable product) disabled.

The plugins are all up to date 🙂:

ATUM Multi-Inventory = Version 1.7.7
ATUM Purchase Orders PRO = Version 1.0.7
ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce = Version 1.9.24.1
WooCommerce = Version 7.1.0

This problem appeared only with the last update in connection with the new version of Wordpress / Woocommerce (with the new table structure)

Can you give me a tip here how to solve this?

In order to discard any possible conflict with your theme, might you change your theme temporarily to any default one (WooCommerce Storefront, for example) and let us know if your products display correctly with it, please?

I have tested it with the theme Woocommerce Storefront, also here the same problem.

I have currently disabled the labels via CSS code.

After some trial and error, I found out that the problem is the Main Inventory.

Since we have products with BBE Date, we do not use the Main Inventory, but create a separate inventory for each BBE Date.

Example product 1:

1st Variable 0mg
Main Inventory = 0 pieces
Second inventory BBE 03.03.23 = 20 pieces
Third inventory BEE 12.06.24 = 3 pieces

The problem appears only for variable products with a BBE date.
Products that do not have a variable the label is displayed correctly.

I just wanted to let you know that we weren't able to reproduce this issue. All the tests we did with the configuration you described, worked as expected.

Hi Salva,

I've just performed the update for the Multi Inventory Plugin. I'm pleased to inform you that the issue with the "Sold Out" label has been resolved. I can now create variable products with multi inventories, and they are correctly displayed in stock. For instance, the Main Inventory with 0 stock and the BBE Inventory with 5 stock are no longer shown as "Out of Stock" 🙂

It appears that the fix for the "Fixed parent stock status" has now resolved this issue 🙂
