Most products shown as unmanaged by WC

Hello,

I'm just trying out the plugin to see if it will do what I need.

After installation, it looks like most of my products aren't being picked up correctly:

I know (and I have double checked quite a few) that all my products are using Woocommerce's stock management, so something isn't being detected.

Please don't tell me to remove all other plugins - this is a live site and that would cause chaos.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understood correctly. What is wrong with that screenshot, please?
Do you mean that all those 848 products that appear as "unmanaged by WC" shouldn't be unmanaged?
If you click on that view and those products are listed, you can click on any of them to go to the product's page and check if you have the "Manage stock" checkbox checked:

If you have this unchecked, means that you aren't interested in managing the stock for that product and you only need to set its stock status manually. Is this your case?

All my products should be managed by WC and I've checked that tick boxed is ticked. In ATUM they still appear as 'unmanaged by WC'.

Strangely the numbers have changed slightly overnight - I now have 839 unmanaged out of 918 total.

If all your products must have this option checked, you can try the tool we have in ATUM Settings >> Tools named "Update WC's manage stock" to make sure the meta keys in your database are correct.
But, I'd recommend you take a backup of your database before running it, so in case some error happens in this process, you can roll back the changes later.

I've tried that and it didn't seem to make any difference.

It looks like products are appearing one-by-one in the list of managed products once they have been edited, or there is a sale.

That's very weird, indeed. It's the first time I see something like this happening.

Hi Salva, I'm having this issue too just with a smaller portion of products. The following product is shown as Unmanaged:

Could you please:

Review the product info in the pic.
Let me know what the criteria for a product to be: Unmanaged by WC & also Managed by WC are.

The product is published and visible.
