Not on dashboard

I installed and activated but ATUM isn't on the dashboard.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In order to know what is happening, please, could you tell me if you see a message at the top of the dashboard? Something like this:

In the other side, It does not appear in the menu at the top or on the left? Or does the one at the top appear? Image attached:
