Integration with Accounting software

Hi guys, thanks for this awesome plugin that solves a lot of issues! Before i start adding all my stock and suppliers, i was wondering if there was any projected integration with an accounting software or saas solution like Quickbooks? Or is ATUM sufficient if we add the product prices and export stock value at the books closing time?

Thank you very much for your post and question.

ATUM as of now does not have any accounting sync or integration built. However, we have already started developing a massive export premium add-on that will be, when developed, ready to export for XERO and QuickBooks. Giving you an estimate of completion would be a wild guess, but not earlier than May 2019.

Before the end of this year there will be a widget in the ATUM dashboard that will give you the value of your inventory (according to the cost price) at any time you open the widget (no history yet, just live value). So if you need the value at 01.01.2019 you will only need to look at it that day.

As of today, May 18, 2019, has the Quickbooks export been implemented?
Also, our WooCommerce online store uses Authorize.net as a payment gateway, and we have integrated the payment gateway with Quickbooks. Is ATUM Stock Central compatible with this integration?

Thank you very much for your reply.

ATUM export is not yet released. QuickBooks integration will not be a part of the plugin, but an export you generate can be used for QuickBooks.

I do not think any payment gateway connection to QuickBooks is related to Inventory. I am not sure what to reply here unfortunately.

Good morning. I use ZOHO books and ZOHO inventory currently although I have had ATUM installed since it was a beta 🙂
I love the full integration with Woo (who wouldn't) but, at the end of the day, I need to keep the Australian Tax Office happy too.
ZOHO Books has basic inventory included (suitable for tax purposes) but full inventory management requires ZOHO inventory.
At this stage of development of the export plugin, can you confirm that I would be able to export all data as CSV or XLS?
I know this is a 101 question but I am right now at the point where I need to spend many hours adding my inventory to ZOHO or wait patiently for your tool
Note that I can probably use the WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite to do the same but I really like what you are doing with ATUM.

Thank you very much for your post.

The Export premium add-on is out for few weeks now. You can create Xero compatible exports from there.

For an automatic integration we would need an ATUM API that is to come in 2020.

Hi there,

I'm looking forward to using ATUM as inventory management for a few of my customers. They are at the moment running WooCommerece integrated with Xero. We do have a concern about how the accounting part will work such as setting up the supplier and adding the cost of the product integration to Xero from ATUM.?

I can see there have been communications about export-ready and then API connection to Xero. How far are there project or are then been completed? If so, can you please give some instructions?

Thanks for your interest in ATUM 🙂
Sadly, we are far from developing an integration with Xero.
You can export anything from your database using our ATUM Export PRO add-on to a CSV file. What I don't know is whether this exported data can be used on Xero. You can try to ask them about the format and data they need.
