Suppliers inventory import

I am planning the migration to Atum, and testing the import module. Currently I just imported suppliers to the test database, and got an ok message saying that the import was succesfull. However, I don't see my recently imported suppliers on the database. Do I have to do anything else?

When I try to open a ticket, the system says the license is not valid, totally true, since I am evaluating the product before buying the license. How do we proceed?
