Hi ronvdgk ,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
It looks as if the plugin has not been installed properly and the ATUM tables were not created. Can you please try the following steps and tell me if they worked for you?
- Deactivate ATUM.
- Remove any table beginning by ['database']_atum.
- Delete the 'atum_version' entry in your ['database']_options table (the row that has set the 'option_name' field value as 'atum_version').
- Reactivate ATUM.
These actions should tell ATUM to try to create another time the ATUM tables.
Please, before doing anything, check if your site's database user has enough privileges to alter the database.
Hope this helps,
José Andrés
