Hi yGKFfEldA9pg
Thanks a lot for your feedback.
yGKFfEldA9pg - The export included html codes for things like em dash eg – and product quantity eg × for x - it should retain actual text for when you import / make it easier to read
The plugin is exporting RAW data, so that's why is exporting the text as it's stored on your database (HTML entities included). I understand that it would be easier to read if the HTML code is parsed there but this would break all the format if you want to import back the content again. And, also, makes no sense to interpret all the HTML + CSS code as the CSV files don't support formatting.
In a future version, when we add support for formatting and ability to export to PDF (some kind of reports), this text formatting could be an option.
yGKFfEldA9pg - For a bundled product, I ended up with multiple lines - 1 line had the full order on with items showing in a single field separated by commas, but then I had other lines associated with the order corresponding to the individual items. Oddly the item field with all the products in corresponded to order_item_name of Shipping
I'm sorry but I don't understand. Could you upload here the CSV example and some screenshots for this order?
yGKFfEldA9pg - I tried creating a template and scheduling it (to send email and save to server) but didn't get an email nor could I find it on the server)
This can be caused by many things. For example:
- The WP cron system is not enabled on your site
- If you are using the built-in WP cron system (not recommended for this kind of things), please note that only will trigger if someone enters the site after the scheduled date (not necessarily at the scheduled date).
- Check your file system permissions. ATUM export needs to create a directory under your wp-content/uploads in order to store the exported files
- Check your PHP error log. Perhaps you have some related error there.
(I was given a username of DomReed to use for this but I cannot login to the support forum using those credentials so I have used my existing account)
No worries. That username was for the stockmanagementlabs.com site that uses its own authentication system and is not connected at all with the forums authentication.
Best Regards,
Salva.
