Error right after Activating plugin

Hi there, the whole website broke after activating the plugin giving Error 500 page. Had to go to cPanel to delete it. Any idea why it happens?

The ATUM Export is compatible with PHP 7.0 onwards.
If you are using an older PHP version I'd suggest you update (PHP 7.2 recommended) before installing it again.

There it says that you are using PHP version 7.0.33 for that site. Might you update the PHP version to 7.2.7 (that seems the default for your web server) and let me know if it works on that version, please?

If fails again, it would help if you send us your PHP error log, so we can investigate what's happening on your site.

Solved. Upgraded PHP to 7.2.
No conflicts so far.
Only thing I see so far is there is no PDF export format.
(it was nicely presented Export Data from Atum stock central so I thought this would go further on being able to sort products by SKU for example.. PDF we use to print and manually count/check stock in store. Big problem was with Export Data from Stock Central was creating huge file of 1 category, impossible to process and download from the server).

You can export what ever you want into an csv file. Open it in Excel and sort any way you want, after that you can convert the excel file into pdf or print out directly to your counting sheet.

Good to hear that upgrading to PHP 7.2 solved your issue. We'll try to extend backwards compatibility on the final version (if possible).

You can do what @Forum_Admin says to export to PDF by now. Anyway, the PDF export is planned to be included (together with column and cell formatting, etc) but not sure whether will be available at launch or in one of the next versions.
