Absolutely... so sorry if this was not clear. The video of the entire process is going to be tough. This is a live site and I am just the developer... not the one putting in the inventory. But I will try and be as clear as possible about what issues we are experiencing and take a video of the issue we are having. I will also outline expected behavior vs actual behavior where possible.
Action
My client created the following purchase order, and then "Received it".
Notice that they set purchase prices for all of the products in the purchase order.

Expected Behavior
When the client officially changes the status of the order to "Received", they expected the "purchase cost" listed in the "cost" column next to each product in the purchase order:

to update the corresponding product in WooCommerce. I have taken a recording of myself clicking on each product in the purchase order. And you will see that the first product had its purchase price set, I am assuming automatically by the plugin. However, when I navigate to each of the other products on the purchase order, you can see that the purchase price was not set by the "Receiving" action. We are having a similar issue with all of our other POs.
Screen Recording of Issue
Does this help clarify? The ability to update products via Purchase Orders is absolutely essential as we have 1500 products and the cost changes almost every time the vendors send us new inventory. We have to be able to bulk update Purchase Price based on cost defined in the PO.
Thank you so much for your time 🙂
