Can't change SKU

I've tried adding a variation and filling it out, but the SKU isn't saving. I need to publish this product.

Thanks for your post. That doesn’t seem to be anything related to ATUM.

please note that WooCommerce doesn’t allow duplicated SKUs, so please check if any of your already existing products already has set the SKU you’re trying to save.
