The analytics are not working

I'm trying to have the analytics read the profit for the sales between specific dates but it seems that the system is not ready any sale, not calculating the sales order and the purchase price at all

Thanks for your post, and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I've just checked the widget on our dev servers, and it works ok.

Please answer some questions to narrow down the possible causes:

Which version of ATUM have you installed?
Do you have any additional ATUM addons installed?
Do the other widgets in the Dashboard show data?
Does the statistics widget show data if you change any of the options?
Is any error showing in your browser's console? And if you change any of the options?
Is any error related to ATUM saved in your server's PHP error log when you access the Dashboard or change the widgets' options?
