Bug during export (Export Pro)

I am having trouble exporting data. For the past few days, whenever I try to export data (regardless of the type), the following message appears:

Thanks for your post.

The message you receive is usually displayed when the generated exported file cannot be found on the server. ATUM Export Pro saves the file in the "/wp-content/uploads/atum/export-pro" folder. Sometimes, the server doesn't have the necessary permissions to write to this folder, so the file cannot be created and is not found.

Please check your server folder permissions and let us know if that is the problem.
