Stock glitch?

Hello everyone,

We have been noticing stock errors for our products for some time now; it seems there are discrepancies between the ATUM stock levels and the WooCommerce stock levels (which are supposed to be linked). Have any of you encountered this type of issue before?

We are investigating an issue that could be related.
If it is the same one, you can fix it by going to the ATUM Settings >> Tools and running the one named "Update products' calculated properties". At least until we release the new version.

Hi EdenEspritCuir ,

We've released a new ATUM version today. This should fix the issue where ATUM's inventory levels weren't syncing with WooCommerce's.

Please install it and let us know if the problem is fixed (without having to use the ATUM settings tool ).

Thanks for your reply; I’ve just tried out the tool.
Also, I’m trying to run an export using Export Pro, but an error message is appearing. What can I do?
