Problems with in stock / out of stock

Hi, I need your help! Since I have the ATUM free plugin some of my articles are marked as "out of stock", but they are not! In the frontend they can not be sold anymore. I had to put them on "on backorder" to still sell them. I do not understand where I can change this.Can somebody help me? Thanks so much. Ka

Hi Kari,

We don't have any functionality that could cause something like that.
Who really manages the stock of the products if you only use the ATUM free plugin is WooCommerce, not ATUM.

If you disable ATUM, does it go back to normality?

I ran into something similar before. In my case it turned out to be a cache/sync issue, so forcing a full stock refresh and checking that all inventory transactions were processed correctly fixed it. It might also be worth verifying that no custom rules or plugins are overriding the default stock status. Hopefully that helps narrow it down.
