Hi ATUM Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the data displayed on the ATUM Dashboard, specifically within the Current Stock Value section under Items Stock.
Here is the breakdown of the situation:
Initial Stock: I started using the plugin yesterday with an initial total of 4,541 units in stock.
Sales Activity: A total of 19 sales were made, accounting for 86 units sold (manually verified).
Current Dashboard Reading: The closing stock shows 4,458 units.
The Discrepancy: If I subtract the current total from the initial stock ($4,541 - 4,458$), it results in only 83 units sold. However, the correct closing stock should be 4,455 units to reflect the 86 units actually sold.
I have manually reviewed every single order to ensure the units were being deducted correctly. For instance, I checked SKU: NA0000695, which had 2 units; after a sale, it correctly dropped to 1 unit. I verified this behavior across all orders within ATUM, and individual stock deductions seem to be working perfectly.
Despite individual products updating correctly, the global item count remains inaccurate.
