possible error

Hi! I activated the plugin on Friday and enabled stock status on all my products. But over the weekend, I received several emails saying that people couldn’t make purchases because it shows the items are out of stock. I’m worried that I may have lost a lot of sales because of this.

I disabled the plugin immediately—can I activate it again and work on the products calmly (offline) with all the information filled in, so customers can continue shopping?

There is nothing in the free plugin that could cause such an issue.
When you said "and enabled stock status on all my products", what did you mean?
Because it is not necessary to make any changes when you install ATUM to start managing your products with it...

Hi! I just mean that when I activate the plugin, it shows that the stock level is zero, and this is something I need to fix immediately so customers can place orders. Currently, we don’t use any inventory management in WooCommerce, since we always have products in stock and have never counted or entered quantities in WooCommerce. That’s why we decided to get your plugin.

I just want to know if I can activate the plugin and enter all the product information—such as stock quantity, SKU, prices, and supplier—on the backend while customers are still shopping, and then sync everything with my live shop afterward.

That makes no sense to me. When you activate ATUM, we don't alter anything in the stock that can cause something like that.
FYI, the stock is always managed by WooCommerce. And that doesn't change when you activate ATUM.
