TheRollingHub I have been testing ATUM for my new site and really like it but have found some issues in the stock central section. I notice the product statuses seem to load differently depending on what tap I click. The inventory seems to always be correct but once I hit below a threshold or out of stock even if I receive more or cancel the order the inventory comes back in fine but the status icon will sometimes stick or change when I click different tabs. I added some screen shots where you can see the number in stock, out of stock, and restock status change depending on what tab I am on and the status of products that have been sold to the low stock threshold or out of stock status and then either canceled the order or received more inventory to bring them back above those thresholds and now the status of the items have been glitching like this. Hopefully this can be resolved easily because I have really been enjoying the software in total and this is kind of making me second guess if I should fully implement this for my inventory management.
Salva Hi TheRollingHub This seems to me a caching issue. Are you using some kind of caching plugin or system? You can try this: Go to ATUM Settings >> Tools Run the "Update products' calculated properties" tool Run the "Delete ATUM transients" tool Check if everything looks correct now I hope this helps.
