Hi ATUM Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on an issue I am currently experiencing with a recent Purchase Order.
After completing all required entries and marking the PO as “Completed,” I noticed that while the stock quantities were successfully updated in Stock Central, the cost price was not updated or synced. Could you please advise why the cost is not being pushed through after the PO is completed and how this can be resolved?
In addition, I noticed that my previous discussion regarding this matter appears to have been deleted. I have raised this concern multiple times and have been directed to review the support documentation. I have carefully gone through the documentation, however, I could not find any information addressing this specific issue.
I would greatly appreciate more direct assistance in resolving this matter.
