Hello ATUM Support,
I am using ATUM Purchase Orders PRO, and I am trying to distribute shipping and import expenses across my items (Landed Costs).
The Problem:
After adding shipping costs and import fees to my Purchase Order, I cannot find the "Landed Costs" meta-box or the "Allocate" buttons to distribute these costs to my products.
I have already verified the following:
- Status: The PO is currently in "Pending" (or "Ordered") status, not "Received."
- Screen Options: I have checked the "Screen Options" tab at the top right of the PO page, but the "Landed Costs" checkbox is either missing or enabled but not showing the box.
- Cloning: I have tried cloning the PO to a new one, but the option still does not appear.
- License: My ATUM PO Pro license is active.
Can you please assist with:
• How to force the "Landed Costs" meta-box to appear so I can select an Allocation Method (Value/Quantity).
• Checking if there is a global setting in ATUM > Settings > Purchase Orders that I might have missed to enable this feature.
