Unable to add region and location

Hi,

I just installed the free trial version of ATUM Multi Inventory. However, I was unable to add the region and location of the warehouse.

After choosing the region/location and click "SET", the region/location field will become empty; and even after I click "Save changes", it will still show "None", I have tried it for a few days but still doesn't work. Please refer to the attachment for screenshot.

I've just tried to do both changes myself, and it worked for me.
In order to discard any possible conflict with any 3rd party plugin you might have, please try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce, ATUM, and Multi-Inventory, and try that way.
If it works, you can start enabling them back one by one until you find the source.
I'd strongly recommend you do so on a staging site, if possible.

Hi Salva, thank you for your suggestion, it is indeed due to certain plugin conflict.

However, I am currently facing another problem, I have added region, stocks, and warehouse location for a certain product.
But when I click add to cart, it says "Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination." without asking which postal/area am I at, could you kindly advise?

If you don't enable the "Geoprompt", ATUM won't be able to geolocate the user, and your product might be unavailable.
I'd recommend you read the region restriction documentation, as it explains everything there:

Hi Salva,

I have enabled the Geoprompt previously (without enabling postal code), just now i tried using postal code it did prompt me, and I am able to enter and add to cart. May I know why a postal code is necessary? As one of the option is to only enable region

I think I remember that this is a WooCommerce requirement to be able to set the right shipping zone.
And we are using that same system WC uses for shipping zones for the shipping zones restriction.
