Stock Selling Manager "Out of Stock"

I’m having an issue with the Stock Selling Manager. Several products were showing as out of stock, so I went through and changed all affected items to Allow Backorders.

Some products now correctly display as “Out of stock (backorders allowed)”, but others still show as simply “Out of stock”, and customers are unable to purchase them — the shop is blocking checkout for these items.

I’ve double-checked product settings and confirmed:

Backorders are set to Allowed
“Manage stock” is enabled

Despite this, Stock Selling Manager still overrides it and prevents sales.

Could you please advise why these products are not updating correctly and how to fix this issue?

Thank you very much for your post.
Sorry to hear you have issues here, however, this is related to WooCommerce as ATUM does not control your front end in any way. Especially the free version.

The Stock Central screen only displays what it sees in WooCommerce settings. Please, try to reach to their support or their documentation.
