Export PRO: import question

Hello there,

I have the following scenario.
Live site in production.
Staging site undergoing restyling.

I need to download the WooCommerce catalog from the production site to the staging site.
Currently, the WooCommerce catalog on the staging site is empty.

When I try to import the catalog from the production site using CSV, the product IDs are not the same.
They are different, and I think this will create a problem with ATUM inventory (installed in the websites), or am I wrong?
I would like to know if, with your Export Pro plugin, when importing products, this import will be an exact copy of the original with the same product IDs.

Thanks for your question.

I'll assume that when you mention ATUM Inventory, you are actually referring to ATUM Multi Inventory to respond to you. Please let me know if I'm wrong.

ATUM Export Pro stores the old product ID in a custom meta when importing products using the "INSERT" mode. Then, when you import the inventories, the old ID previously saved will be used to relate the new inventories to their corresponding products.

Please note that this process can only be executed once. You won't be able to synchronise the products and inventories info after the first import process.
