That said, I cannot figure out what could be causing this by looking at some screenshots.
One thing that can cause this is the cache systems or plugins.
If you are using cache, I would suggest you try to disable it or exclude the wp-admin pages from the cache.
And, once done, go to ATUM Settings >> Tools and run the one named "Update products' calculated properties".
