multi-inventory for one warehouse and one resupply locaiton

I am considering using a fulfillment center for my inventory. Currently I'm using the free version of this plugin and really like it. My use case will be that the fulfillment center will be the inventory that my customers will purchase from. My current location will have inventory but not for resale, only to resupply the fulfillment center.

Will multi-inventory be able to handle this configuration?

Yes, you could use Multi-Inventory to do so.
You can create 2 separate inventories and leave the one you don't want to use for sale at the bottom of the list.
And, set the inventory iteration option to "show as out of stock", so when the first inventory is depleted, it won't continue using the next one.

Can we bulk create this second inventory for each product with the same product SKU programmatically? I have over 100 SKUs and doing this manually will be very time consuming.

I'm sure you can do so, but custom coding is out of the scope of our support service.
If you need this, I'd suggest you find a developer to assist you.
