Hi msp
Thanks for your message!
If the tooltips (the mouse-over popups showing long product names, gross profit, etc.) are not appearing in Chrome on one computer but work fine on another, it’s usually due to a local browser issue or a JavaScript conflict on that specific setup.
Please try the following steps:
Clear browser cache and cookies
Go to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData → select Cached images and files → Clear data.
Check browser zoom and scaling
Make sure Chrome’s zoom is set to 100% and there’s no system-level scaling or zooming that might interfere with hover detection.
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Some extensions (like ad-blockers, script blockers, or privacy tools) can block tooltip scripts.
Try in Incognito mode (Ctrl + Shift + N). If tooltips appear there, an extension is the cause.
Force reload ATUM scripts
Hold Ctrl + F5 while on the ATUM page to reload all scripts fresh.
Check for console errors
Press F12 → Console tab and see if there are any JavaScript errors (red text) that could stop ATUM’s tooltips from running. If you find any, please share them.
Try another Chrome profile
Chrome profiles can sometimes become corrupted. Create a new one and test if tooltips work there.
If it works fine on another PC and other browsers, this is almost certainly a local browser or extension issue, not ATUM itself.
Let me know if this helps — or send a screenshot of your browser console if you still have trouble, and we’ll check if there’s anything script-related blocking it.
Best regards,
Pavel
