Cost of Goods Sold, COGS from Woo 9.9

Hi! In the latest update of Woo the Cost of Goods Sold, COGS field was added. Will you release an update so that this field is also in your ATUM STOCK table?

Woo settings > Advanced > Features

This field is called "Cost of goods" and performs the same function as the Purchased price This field is called "Cost of goods" and performs the same function as the Purchased price, only in your case this field is connected through an internal module

Thank you very much for your post.

I am wondering why do you think this would need to be important to be added. Our onw field exists for some time now and we already work with that field. This would mean double the work and it would only function with the free module, not with the premiums.

Hope this makes sense.

Forum_Admin So you won't add the standard field Woo? Because your field is in a separate DB table, and this field is in the same DB Woo

I have just re-read your original message. By ATUM STOCK table you meant the Stock Central? Adding this field to stock central would I believe confuse too many of our existing and new users. I do not really see much of a benefit in doing so. Plus adding more columns into the table would mean more processing power and would take more time to load.

If I may ask you, what would it give you in particular that you could not achieve with our cost field, pls?

Thank you for the answer. Your field is connected in the settings as a separate module and is also stored in a separate DB, but the Woo field is in the same DB where the prices are. This is convenient when working if there is an opportunity to choose which field to use, yours or Woo. It would be convenient to make it connectable in the column settings
