Creating Purchase Orders

Am I looking at using Atum for my ecomm website inventory management. I can't find what I think is the most important feature for any inventory management software. That is how do you create a purchase order to email (csv file) to supplier from the software ? Then also how do you receive that invoice once the product arrives at store ? All i can find for creating invoices is you need to manually do this ??? That seems very outdated. Can you set a 'desired' inventory level for each product ? Then a reorder point number for the same product. For example i want 10 items on hand"desired inventory" then i want to re order that product from supplier when my stock level reaches 5. Does this system allow this ? THen i should be able to select a supplier.Step 2 I should be able to hit a button to generate order. Step 3 it should automatically crate an order based on my 'desired inventory' and actual stock levels. Mean it should automatically create an order for all items that have reached my re order points. per supplier

I will try to explain each of your need, but first I need to make something very clear. What you are describing, automations, are not a common features you get for 140 euros per year. Our addons are trying to accomodate the needs of most users. They are definitely not outdated.

Automations are a very advanced coding that may or may not work flawlesly within a WooCoommerce environment. If you need such advanced features you will need to look for more expensive solution, most probably outside of WC and only connected by API.

Regarding your needs, ATUM has most feature in Purchase Orders PRO
