Stock are not syncronized properly

Hello team.

We are facing some issue with the plugin as its not able to sync all the total amount of products in our website. From 3000+ products its barely sync 80+

Dont know if you can help us to troubleshooting

Salva I think an image might help better. I mean. I got 3909 products on store. However ATUM plugin juste read 435 and we dont know why, Shouldn't all the products be read?

Well, not in all cases.
If you have a plugin that is adding custom products that ATUM does not support, these will not be counted or displayed in Stock Central.

You can try to find one that is not displayed and try to figure out what special configuration that product has that is causing it.

Salva meant to say custom product types. Do you use custom product types, or just Simple, Grouped and Variable product types that are there by default?

Hello

All our products essentially are simple products. No custom products for custom post types or similar ones.

What else do i need to check it?

Hi chacjo99 ,

I can see 2 propable issues here, one there is some kind of error in the db or second there is another plugin invloved.

You can test the second by deactivating all plugins in your store and leave only 2 of them, WooCommerce and the free ATUM plugin.

Check if it works. If it does then the issue is another plugin. You can start activating one by one and see when it happens.
