Creating an import with products filtered on a certain date-range/ year

Hi, I'm currently using ATUM Export Pro plugin on my site. I need a list of BOM-products where I can export my amount of sales from 2024 as well as the final stock from 2024.

Is this possible? I saw a post from 2021 where this feature was requested and was put on the TO-DO list. (https://forum.stockmanagementlabs.com/d/2978-export-cogs-in-date-range)

I also have another question regarding the BOM-list of products, but I'll put this in another ticket.

Hi NickSch ,

Well, that isn't exactly correct. You can export sales from 2024 by filtering orders by date. Unfortunately, you can't export your stock levels on a specific past date, because WooCommerce doesn't store such data anywhere, so you can't know your past stock.

As my colleague Salva said in that thread, you can schedule exports, maybe at the end of each year, to get the existing stock levels on such a date, and keep the exported files so you can check the data anytime.

Unfortunately, the way of doing a scheduled export is not needed at the moment, because I need the stock levels from a year ago at this very moment.

I could try to fabricate something using the sales from 2024 to get an amount of the Items Purchased and Items sold.

Anyway, you can schedule your exports now, just in case you need a snapshot of your stock levels in the future again 😀.
