I have the product level add on, and no others. I have had no issues until now. Now, whenever anyone orders a part associated with a product, that product goes OOS.

Going by what you said it means you had to change or did something in the past few days. If it was not happening before and you have not updated ATUM or any other our addons, can not see it being our issue.

So your help here would be appreciated. What had changed in your site? Did you install some other plugins? When did the issue start?

I updated Atum, that is when it started. I am going to roll back and see what happens.

Rolling back didn't solve it, but it ATUM is mis-calculating the inventory. In the ATUM tab - I am unable to switch "Variations' ATUM Control" to Uncontrolled. It just refreshes and shows as controlled.
Additionally stock central is wildly incorrect. I do have stock in the AI011 (shown above) but it shows OOS calculated by ATUM but NOT OOS on stock central.

Created a new simple product. Atum is not saving BOM, and is still mis- calculating at 0 regardless of what part is used in the BOM

I found what your team broke. If a variable part uses a part with BOMS, ATUM counts it OOS.
