Hi guys, when adding a product to cart then viewing cart we get message at the top that says Sorry, we do not have enough 'Insert product name XX example' in stock to fulfill your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. But the stock shows 256 available. And then if you try to proceed to checkout it says the following .

There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out.

We do very very little sales its only seasonal for woo products but since the beginning we have used atum. So would really appreciate help to fix. thank you

Do you have any location restrictions within this product? Could it be that the persion doing the order is in a different region?

Not trying to duplicate post or move to top. Only providing an update since my last post. For now, i turned off stock management under Woocommerce Setttings. Since our store is not busy at all this is an easy fix for now. Woo allows for checkout now. But we setup ATUM a few years ago planning for big success so I would like to be able to keep that plugin working. For now its not urgent but I really would like to know how we can get help to make sure it works like it used to work in the past? I think we have paid for membership for 2 or 3 years maybe? Please advise. Thank you.

Are you using any ATUM premium addons?

This message is uncommon, but usually, when this happens is due to WooCommerce's stock hold system.
Check the official documentation here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/products/#inventory

You can try to change that "hold stock (minutes)" setting for your use case.
