Export Pro with a large number of items.

It's been a few years since we gave up on Export Pro and let our license expire. We gave up because every time we would try to do an export it would just lock up. I have found another export/import plugin that works for 90% of our needs, but I still need a way bulk update the supplier info. I was going to just do the trial again, but I've already used up my one chance years ago before before we paid the first time. So before I spend money to see if this works any better now that it did a while back, is anyone successfully using this on a site with around 20k products and 25k SKUs?

I am not sure we can help here. Users we have are using the Export PRO with no issues and if they have any we try to help.

Yes, large sites with a lot of data may have issues and we can not guarantee you will not have them.

Your issue have a lot of work arounds as you can update data in bulk by category or any other filter so you reduce the volume and the import goes through.

So is there a way to test if it will work, or are we stuck paying for a subscription again just to try it?

Users are never stuck with any subscriptions, that is why we introduced free trials.

Why dont you trial it yourself for free?

We used the Trial years ago. At the time, it seemed like it would work so we purchased it. Then it didn't work most of the time so I let it expire. I was hoping to be able to try it again to see if it had improved over the last couple of years, but since we had already used the trial once, I am stuck paying to test it again apparently. This is the whole reason I came on here and asked the question I asked. (See first post).

I will probably look more into using QuickBooks to manage our POs and Inventory.
