Write-off, unwrite-off inventory from STOCK CENTRAL

Hi,

In stock central, it will be great to be able to write-off / unwrite-off an inventory .
In addition it will be very efficient (specially for variable product) to write-off / unwrite-off and inventory on global level as for exemple:

in all product (simple & variation) with the inventory NAME
in all product (simple & variation) with the inventory LOCATION
Today the write-off / unwrite-off can be only done globaly only with Export-pro, or in each single variation on edit product page.
