I see. But you haven't answered my question.
Are you using any role editor plugin? If so, please make sure you add all the ATUM capabilities to your role.
Are you logging in to the site as an admin or any other role, like a shop manager?
Salva
Same here, I am not using any role manager and I login as administrator. I also tried the disable other plugins technique but Atum icon still not showing in the sidebar menu. Is there other way to access the ATUM plugin like a default slug where I can just manually add to the browser address bar?
Sorry i missed that, no not extra pluggin i am only using the wordpress role i loggin as an Admin.
In that case, perhaps it is being caused by some kind of incompatibility with any 3rd party plugin you might have. Can you please try to disable all your plugins except ATUM and WooCommerce, and try that way?
If it works, you can start enabling them back one by one until you find the source of the conflict.
I hope this helps.
Salva i tried that but still the same problem, how can i access the settings in another way then från the pluggin on hte dachbord can i access it from the web?
Jhumar KMSS
Does it open if you append this path to your root site's URL?
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=atum-settings
Salva No it says your are not authorized to access
Mmmm. In that case, please install the "User role editor" plugin and follow these instructions:
https://stockmanagementlabs.crunch.help/en/tips-and-tricks/how-to-give-atum-permissions-to-the-shop-manager-with-user-role-editor
But add all the capabilities to your own user role.
Hi thank you for your help but in the role manager there so no options at all for ATUM, i i will replace it for some time and hope you can resolv the problem, ATUM is very good and i wish it will work agine.
Hi KMSS
This is very weird, indeed. But, sadly, we cannot fix something that we cannot figure out why it is happening. If you want us to investigate this issue more deeply, can you open a private ticket, and we will give you further instructions?
Thank you
I am experiencing exactly the same issue and have followed all of the above steps. Is there a work around?
Hi happy-artist-tash
Please try to update to ATUM version 1.9.47 and let me know if it works.
Best Regards, Salva.
Yes thank you, the new update is working now
