Permissions to prevent changes to quantities in stock

What are the options available in ATUM that would prevent defined users from being able to modify quantities in stock directly? Is there a way in which this can be tracked? Or some form of stock adjustment, say after a stock check?

You can control what your users can do via roll editor, but you do not need ATUM for that. It is WooCommerce feature.

Regarding the track of changes, we have a premium addon that records changes in your store. You can review who did what and when.

Stock adjustments are possible via inventory logs.
