I am sorry you are having troubles, but believe me these are nothing to do with the quality we offer. We are currently investigating an issue where we think an update from our site handling system (trials, licenses, etc) created a bug for some users. The licenses are fine and created, just some users experiencing same issue as you.
However, you should still be able to see the support ticket from you site. If you do not we can discuss it as well. However, privately as this forum is not.
So let me assure you we can definitely help. Please, open a support ticket here. If it does not allow you to use your licence, use the ATUM Free option.
