Export Pro not installing on staging site

I have setup a staging site with domain name - localhost. I have installed woocommerce and the ATUM plugins for the wordpress site.

When trying to add the trial license key for Export Pro to the ATUM add-ons, I am faced with an error "On this site you previously had installed this add-on. So you cannot install this trial"

This is a clean Staging site I just started setting up, why does it think this add-on was previously installed?

Unfortunately, from what I can see, the link does not provide me with any extra information about installing on a staging site besides the domain name restrictions I need to follow. Further than that, its just the standard information and an imbedded video, once again mentioning nothing specific to installation on a staging site.

I have checked and confirmed that my domain name is indeed localhost, as outlined by the small bit at the bottom of the link you sent.

But i am still unable to get the license activated on the staging site.

I setup another clean staging site on a different machine just to test, and I am receiving the exact same error. Just to confirm, in order to connect to my staging site I need to use the address: localhost:8012/wordpress/wp-admin.

Any further assistance you could provide to solve this issue would be appreciated.

I cannot open a ticket, as when i try to submit with the license code provided to me in the "My Add-ons Licenses" section, it says that the license code is invalid, and refuses to submit the ticket.

Can you copy the license number here then. If it’s invalid is no use, but at least I can see what happened.

localhost is a valid staging URL. Although, as this is pretty common for development if any user registers localhost for their tests, you cannot register it again.
So we would recommend you use another URL for your local site instead.
There are many development environments that allow you to specify a testing domain for your local sites (MAMP, XAMP, ServBay, Local, etc).
