Duplicate Backorder Emails in ATUM – How to Fix?

Some users experience duplicate backorder emails. Is this a known issue, and what are the possible solutions?

Can you be little more specific pls. I have no clue really, as of what are you talking about? What users? And what back order emails pls?

This issue is back. It started on 7/11/2025 for me. I just traced it to ATUM by turning off the plugin.
