Unmanaged items showing under in stock tab

Hi Team,

I'm not sure whats happening here, we have a 20-30 products out of 7000 that are displaying under the "in stock" tab on stock central when these items are set to be Not Managed and based off the behaviour of all other products with the same settings they should only be displayed under the "Unmanaged by WC" tab and "All" tab only.

Settings in WC both globally and at a variation level are all set to not be managed. The manage stock is disabled in ATUM but regardless we have a series of products that are displaying with zero stock levels and displaying the icon that indicates they are "in stock - not managed by WC".

The only thing i have noticed is that these products were all added at the same time but not all of them are behaving the same way, despite the settings being the same.

Any thoughts?

This is one example;

Plugins are up to date, products added recently are behaving as expected there is just a handful that are being unusual.

I am sorry to see you are experiencing issues. Not sure where things gone wrong.
However, can you check this tools here and tell me if you used them to unmanage all products, pls?

Hi,

This has made no difference, the issue remains.

Anything else you can think to try, both myself and WC support have been working on it and cant understand whats happening.
