Purchase Orders Pro isn't working

Hi there,
We have a problem with Purchase Orders Pro. We tried to add a Purchase Order for our new products, but it did not increase the inventory for single products, even though the purchase order was completed without a problem. The variable products inventory has increased. In the action logs, it's showing null for the new and the old stock values. These single products are enabled for ATUM Control Switch and Stock management under the inventory tab.

Thank you very much for your post and for using PO Pro.

We are not aware of any similar issues with other users so lets see if we can duplicate the issue on our systems.

Can you tell us pls the version of PO PRo, Free ATUM, WC and PHP you are running?

By the way, products are looking in-stock status with zero inventory. It's also strange

We solved this issue by updating the plugins but we have another and really important problem!

When a customer orders variable products, it changes the product's main SKU to out of stock. I don't know why this is happening but we need to solve this ASAP

in this situation, when a customer orders a product it's changing the "manage Stock" for the product

Thank you very much for your message, I am glad the update fixed it.

However, looking at your second issue, I am not sure how it has anything to do with ATUM. That is WooCommerce order and order list. Do you have any indication why that would be related to ATUM at all?
