I noticed that a lot of tables have been created in the database, but there is no developer documentation or wiki available. Could you please provide details on how many tables are involved in a POS (Point of Sale) system and which tables are created and closed during transactions?

Little confused here on our site as we do not have any POS released yet. So not really sure what you are talking about.
If you need to conect your POS to ATUM, you can do so via API and here is the documentation.
