No-stock Treshold

Hello,
We have a number of products, where we although we have 0 stock want to show in the store that the item is in stock. So I have put the no-stock treshold to -5 in the expectation that the item would still show as in stock. But it shows as out-of-stock.
How can I ensure that the item shows as in stock in this case?

It is actually not our feature.

Unfortunately it doesn't. I have adjusted values as indicated in your manual (general OOS=0 and product specific OOS Treshold = -5). If I put the inventory at 0 it shows me OOS, while it should show in stock as it is higher than specified OOS).

Can you pls disable ATUM and test if it works that way, pls? Then we can test if there is an ATUM involvement .

Hi Pavel,

When I disable ATUM the possibility to set a individual treshold disappears. And it is a specific feature which you indicate is part of ATUM:

"However, while with Woocommerce the Out of Stock Threshold is a general value for all the products, ATUM allows setting the Out of Stock Threshold value for each product."

Could you please check what is the issue?

ILet me explain agian. I apologise if I did not do it properly beore. You are adding negative value to the field. This has never been tested or documented from our site. As I mentioned even though we allow the threshold to be set by product, the coding behind it stays woocomerce function. So if you disable ATUM and test the negative value we will know if it works.

I have checked Woocommerce documentation and they do not mention negative values.

Hi Pavel,

Thank you for the further explanation. I disabled ATUM and tried to fill in a negative value for the OOS treshold in Woocommerce settings and the system doesn't allow me to use a value below 0. So probably it is indeed a Woocommerce setting, which you cannot override. Unless you know another solution.

Yes, the whole feature is based on Woocommerce. Not sure if they plan to introduce the feature.

I can only suggest letting the product sell even when the stock it at zero. Woocommerce has such feature as well.
