Load new Stock automately

We have a part of the company that prepares the products for sale based on the configured BOM.
The products of the product part type always enter the ATUM system with PO's.
When we send stock to the office, they have to increase the sales stock, manually for each of the products for sale.
In this way, the stock of the product parts appears correctly as committed.

But our volume of products is so large at the moment that we have started to have control problems. Due to human errors and because we have to refresh the page every time in case we collide with a customer order.
We have tried to configure an internal PO with the products for sale, but then the stock of the products of the product part type increases.
If we use Export Pro by designing a filter so that we can do an Import, it does not work either because between the time the report is generated and when we reload it, customer orders can enter and there may be a mismatch.
What solution can you provide us?

From your words, I understand you don't have the 'BOM Stock Control' option active. Am I right?

Did you try the 'Produce items according to BOM' feature? Maybe that is what you're looking for.

You can use the POs to increase the BOMs' stock levels, and use the "Producte button" to convert these BOMs into final products without manually updating the stock levels.

there is a way to do it in reverse? from stock central move the stock to Manufacturing central without manually decrease the stock?

No, I'm sorry.
Once an item has been produced, you cannot "unproduce" it.
If you really need to do so, you would have to adjust everything manually.
