WEBSITE NOT WORKING PROPERLY since last update

Hi my website not working properly since last plug in update i also recieved this error message:

I contacted host and increased the memory not recieved the error again but the webiste is not working i'm really concerned its the best time of the year and i'm losing tons
i also recieve this message:

And the little times it works some of the images wont show up in the stock management

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

512MB is too much memory to be consumed by Stock Central. How many products per page did you set in Stock Central? What happens if you reduce this number?
You can set this number from ATUM -> Settings -> Stock Central -> Products Per Page.
